General Plot:
There was a dimension world, Kale, whereby there were several kingdoms and countries, all which have castles and villages etc. The scene flashed to a fifteen years old girl with long raven hair and a pretty gown sitting down on a lawn. Another girl, apparently her maid, brought her a basket of bread. After sometime, the girl, Princess Yvette, asked her maid, Eleander, whether they would be together forever. Eleander replied, "Of course. I will follow and serve Her Highness wherever you are forever." Yvette smiled, surprisingly sadly rather than happily. Then, the scene flashed to them being attacked by enemies. Eleander urged Princess Yvette to go to a safe place while she fight off the enemies along with Yvette's fiance, Prince Zen. After that, Eleander and Zen tried to find Yvette but only found one of her shoes. They realised that the enemy has captured her. They fought into the enemy base and found a frozen and sealed Princess Yvette.

Eleander and Zen found a witch that told them they needed a special girl from another dimension world and had some connection to this world to remove the seal on Princess Yvette. She however did not say why. She also said that the girl needed to be sacrificed in order to remove the seal and that the ceremony to make this happens must take five months. Then, the witch helped to summon the girl with the help of the magic of Zen and Eleander. In modern world, Julia was just outside her apartment looking at the surrounding when suddenly a blue light gathered around her and she disappeared. She reappeared in the Kale world. She was initally greatly confused but gradually understood why she was there.


She also found the new surrounding familiar even though she was absolutely sure she never stepped a foot in this world.

Zen, in order to ensure Julia stayed in the country, introduced her to three "guards" loyal to Princess Yvette and arranged a school for her to attend, and a room in the castle for her to stay. The "guards", Nadia, Xana and Qi, were supposed to be "friends" with Julia as well as keeping a watch on her to prevent her escape. Julia, not knowing this was a trap, gradally warmed to them and led an interesting, funny and happy school life. One day, Julia forgot to take something and went out her room. There, near the garden, she overheard a conversation that shocked and upset her. Nadia, Xana and Qi were saying how guilty they felt for deceiving Julia and how she was a sacrifice.

Julia went back to her room in silence. Her tears flowed down as she sobbed in silence in the dark room. The next day, she appeared to be normal, with no signs of depression. She was as cheerful as she was normally. One day before the ceremony whereby Julia was the sacrifice, Qi, Xana and Nadia could not take it anymore and said agitatedly to Julia that they were no longer friends and told her to leave. Julia mistook this as them going to reveal the truth of the lies they told her and broke down. Actually, the three people had already treasured Julia as a friend and wanted to save her life, thus ordering her to leave quickly.

Julia cried and said she already knew about how she was a sacrifice and that they were just "guards". She wanted to pretend that she still did not know this so that she could have at least one last happy memory of having fun with friends before she died. She said that her life was always meaningless anyway and that she had wanted to die long before she came to Kale world. She asked why they could not pretend till the very end. Then, she turned around and ran away. Qi, Xana and Nadia chased after her. They finally caught her and explained that they really did treat her as a friend. They wanted her to leave to save her life and that they would persuade Zen and Eleander to spare her life, while searching for another solution to free Princess Yvette. Julia was still crying though as she was not sure whether they were truthful. In the end, she refused to go away.

The next day, Qi met Julia in the garden. Julia was sitting on a bench staring at a pond where two ducks, a frog and a bird were there. Qi tried to persuade Julia to leave quickly, even trying to tug her out of the castle but Julia stood firmly. Qi looked haggard like he did not sleep the night before. His face was full of frustration and worry, showing how much he cared for Julia.



Suddenly, a group of people with weapons appeared around them. They seemed to be from the enemies previously attacking Princess Yvette. They had heard that Julia was the key to freeing Yvette and wanted to kill her before she could do so. Qi tried to protect her but his strength was apparently lacking due to insuffiecient rest and concentration. Xana and Nadia came over to help them too. At a critical moment whereby a sword was rushed towards Julia's heart and Qi could not help on time, a huge deafening sound was heard, which distracted everyone. Suddenly, a powerful force came from the castle itself and blasted the enemies. The sound and the force forced the enemies to retreat.


Meanwhile, Zen and Eleander were talking when suddenly they heard the loud sound and felt a strong Yvette's presence. They rushed towards the room where the sealed Yvette was kept. On the other hand, Nadia, Xana and Qi saw that Julia was looking weirdly at a point, at a room in the castle. They asked what was wrong but Julia did not reply. Suddenly, she ran off. Xana, Nadia and Qi felt something was wrong and chased after her. They came to a room with its door wide open. Zen and Eleander turned their head from the glowing sealed Yvette to them. Julia stood further inside the room even though Qi tried to stop her.


Julia, in a trance-like pose, held out her hand towards Yvette. Suddenly, a light shot out from her hand to Yvette. The ice surrounding her started to melt. Yvette opened her eyes and looked directly at Julia.


(This is their conversation.)

Yvette: It has been twenty years since we last met, Rina. (she smiled sadly.)
Eleander: Her Highness know her? (shocked)
Julia: Yvette....?
Xana: How do you know her name? We never say her name before. (confused)
Yvette: Since you call my name, you are indeed Rina.
Julia: Who.....? (looking a bit confused and dazzled)
Yvette: You are still so mad at me that you refused to acknowledge your memory? (looking even more
sadder)

Julia's body suddenly jerked back involuntarily. Her eyes narrowed as she frowned in anger.

Julia: You are......!!
Yvette: Yes, I am your twin sister, Yvette, Rina.
Everyone: !!!!
Julia: I don't have a twin sister! I don't know you at all! And get this straight, I'm not Rina! My name is Julia!
(clenching her fists)
Eleander: How dare you use that tone at Her Highness!

She wanted to slap Julia but was stopped by Yvette.

Yvette: It's alright, Eleander. And you can't slap her....she is a princess like me too since she is my twin
sister....


Everyone except Yvette and Julia gasped.


Julia: I'm not a princess! And how many time do I have to say that I'm not your twin?! I don't have such a cruel family that killed and abandoned me!

Everyone except for Yvette and Julia gasped again.

Yvette: I am sorry, Rina....I am really sorry. I tried to stop father...

Julia: You will never understand...the pain of being killed by your own father! You, his most treasured one, will never understand that pain!

Julia turned around and ran off.


Yvette: Wait, Rina! Wait!

Yvette was about to chase after Rina when she collapsed. Qi, Xana and Nadia got the message and chased after Julia. When they found her, Julia told them to leave her alone and then went to her room.


The next day, Yvette awoke in her room. She asked about Julia immediately and Eleander reassured her that she was still in the castle. Yvette talked about the past and why Julia hated her and the family.


Thirty five years ago, a pair of twins sisters were born into this world. They grew up happily and were deeply close to each other. They also had a special power each, one had the ability to make a barrier and the other had the ability to break the seal or barrier as well as being able to toss back the power of the thing making the seal or barrier to the one manipulating it.



Unfortunately, something happened when they were fifteen years old. There was a prophecy by a world-known witch that said that this twin will destroy the whole world if they survived together. Their father picked Rina to be killed as Yvette could help to protect the castle from enemies with her barrier skill. Yvette tried to stop him but failed. Yvette could not handle the pain of losing Rina and the anger at her father. She sealed herself up so that even her father could not touch or use her magic skill. In sixteen years time, the castle was soon under attack and her father and mother died. The country survived and recovered for three years. After eighteen years of seal, Yvette then awoke and later on, met Eleander and Prince Zen, who made her his fiance, in order to protect her. However, no matter how happy she was with them, her heart was still filled with pain at losing Rina.


Then, after she was captured, she sealed herself up again to prevent the enemies from killing her or taking advantage of her magic skill. During this time, a witch (the one that told Eleander and Zen that Julia was needed) approached her in her frozen state. She said that Rina was still alive but in another world. She also mentioned that Yvette could not awake on her own this time and needed Julia's help. She apparently had psychic abilities that enable her to see the future. She informed her that Eleander and Zen would find her soon to summon Julia back. "Julia" and her memories would be sacrificed, resulting in a new "Rina" with Rina's memories. Yvette tried to stop her, not wanting Julia to recall her painful past but the witch said this is destiny.


And thus this showed how Yvette knew Julia/Rina. Yvette knew Julia was angry at being the one "abandoned" and killed while she could live. Eleander swore to persuade Julia to forgive her.Later on, she revealed this information to Xana, Qi and Nadia, asking them to convince Julia too.


Meanwhile, Julia could not stand the castle anymore as she kept remembering the sad past. In the end, she carried a small bag and left the castle silently. At night, she was hungry and poor but would rather starve to death than going back. She went into a small building that allows people to sit and see flowers and tried to lay down on the bench to sit. She felt a tug and a voice urging her to wake up. It was a man, who looked to be twenty five years old. Julia was so startled she unconsciously stood up abruptly and knocked into that man's forehead. Julia apologised profusely even as the man said never mind.

He said he saw Julia sleeping here and said it was not safe for a girl to sleep here. Julia said she had no choice since she had no "home". The man eventually convinced Julia to follow him to an expensive inn. There, he instructed the staff to give a room for her. Later, Julia learned from the maid there that he was Prince Danton from Kingdom Versailes, a neighbour country. Prince Zen was his younger brother. He was coming here on learning that Yvette was safe and awake to visit her. Julia did not tell him she knew Yvette.

Later on, Prince Danton invited Julia to work for him as a maid in Kingdom Versailes. Julia agreed immediately, having no other place to go. Thus, she started work there and was even having a great time. Meanwhile Xana, Nadia, Qi, Yvette, Eleander, Zen were still searching for her.



A conversation between Danton and Julia
Julia had brought Danton a plate of tea and biscuits,

Danton: I have never seen someone that looks so happy working as a maid.
Julia: Working makes me feel wanted. I don't have any skills and I'm very clumsy. I don't like to speak to customers too. So I never could find any job. But this time round, I have a job thanks to you. (she smiled)
Danton: I see. Since I am not working, does that mean I'm not wanted?
Julia: You're working. You are the prince and the heir to the throne in this country. You are going to work for the people like implementing policies and reinforcing law and order. My job can never be compared to yours. You are much more wanted than me!

Danton only smiled in silence.


After that, their relationship leaped and bound a lot.


One day, Prince Zen found Julia in his castle when he returned home. (He normally stayed in Yvette's castle to protect her.) However, Julia did not see him. Zen questioned Danton about this but did not say who Julia was. Then, he quietly left to tell Yvette about Julia staying in Versailes. Yvette came over immediately, along with the rest. Julia was stunned on encountering them near the front main door with several maids and servants and Danton nearby.


Conversation:
Yvette: Rina!
Julia: Why are you over here?!
Eleandor: Her Highness was so worried about you and looked so hard for you, Your Highness!
Qi: We should be the one asking you why you are here! Why didn't you inform us you are here? We were worried sick! We thought some enemies captured you!
Xana: You are a princess, Your Highness. Please don't leave the castle again. You could be in danger!
Danton: Princess? What's going on?
The maids and servants all gasped. "Princess??"
Nadia: Let's go home, Your Highness.

Julia stood back and her fists clenched tightly.

Julia: I'm not a princess! I'm just a normal girl from another world, that's all! Stop with all that "Your Highness, Your Highness" thing! I'm not going back! That place is just full of horrible memories for me!

Yvette: Please come back, Rina. I knew whatever I do, you will not forgive me. But please come back to the castle. I want to see and make sure you are safe and sound everyday. (desperate)

Julia: I'm safe over here. And you're right, I can't forgive you. Ever. (harsh tone)

Zen: Can't you see that this is none of Yvette's fault? Why must you blame her so and make her feel so terrible? She loved you so much. She had tried her best to save you too!

Eleander: If you continue to make her upset, I won't care if you are a princess too, I will rattle you till your bones shook until you see reason.

Qi: Julia....


Julia was silent for a while, standing solemnly.

Julia: Don't you think I know Yvette is innocent? Don't I know how much she loved me? I don't hate you, Yvette, but I really cannot forgive or acknowledge you. If I do that, it means forgiving our so-called father and the mother that did nothing to stop him! It really hurts when a sword stabbed you, especially when by your "dear" father! I'm sorry, I really cannot forgive that! Will you rather me to force myself to pretend that everything is fine and remains by your side, faking a smile everyday while hating everything at the same time? I can do that. But do you really want that?


Yvette: (crying with a pained face) No....Rina....


Julia: (face equally pained) Then don't force me to go back. I'm happy here. If you really want me to be happy, just go.

Julia went away. The maids and servants all having a shocked face.


Danton: Now can someone tell me what's going on here?



Danton was then told of Julia and Yvette's past. Everyone stayed in an inn near the castle, not wanting to agitate Julia further.


The next morning, before Julia started work, Danton came to talk to her. When Julia insisted she would not go back to Yvette and her castle. Suddenly, Danton proposed to her, startling her. Danton added that since she was already a princess but she refused to acknowledge this. Thus, marrying him would make her a princess by marriage and restoring her rightful status even without acknowledging Yvette. Julia thought he was just joking but he was entirely serious, saying he was interested in her. He then smiled and said she could consider and did not have to answer him right now. Julia was confused.


Zen knew this from the maids whom one of them accidentally overheard this. Qi knew this when Zen informed the rest. Everyone was surprised and was happy for Julia. Only Qi showed sign of unhappiness and left the inn.


Qi went to the castle and looked for Julia. He asked whether this was true. Julia admitted it. He asked if she was going to marry Danton. Julia said she had never thought of this and so this was too sudden for her to make a decision. Then, abruptly they started an argument when Qi started it by saying Julia was not a good candidate for a heir to the throne. Then, Qi, in the midst of the fierce argument, said, "he did not want Julia to marry Danton because he lo......" Julia was not sure what he implied and looked at him. Qi suddenly turned around and left in a hurry, leaving Julia confused.

Finally, after Yvette's encouragement, Qi confessed to Julia that he loved her. Julia was shocked beyond belief. Thereafter, Julia had to consider between Qi and Danton.


Just when she had finally chosen her choice, she had no chance to tell this to Qi and Danton as she was captured by the enemies.


They found nothing after a month of searching for the enemy base and Julia. Suddenly, one day, Julia appeared along with the enemies. However, Julia was under a strong hypotism when the enemies made use of her hatred and anger. Julia broke Yvette's seal when she put it up to protect everyone. Julia even injured her seriously. Just when everything went perilously, with Qi, Danton and Yvette's encouragements and their heart-spoken sincereity and love, Julia finally awoke. Yvette and Julia joined their hands and hearts after twenty years and combined their magic to eliminate the enemies and saved everyone.


Then, Julia fainted and never woke up again. The witch said her "Rina" persona was seriously damaged by the removing of the hypotism. She could never wake up again if she counted on her "Rina" memory. The only way for her to wake up was to forever erased her consciousness of "Rina" and reverted back to the old Julia which was sacrificed when saving Yvette. This meant Julia would never find the surrounding familiar and never remembered about her twin sister. She would also forget about everything she encountered here like meeting Xana, Nadia, Yvette Qi and Danton. The witch asked if they wanted her to wake up even if it was like that. Everyone agreed that it was better than being in a coma forever.


Indeed, Julia awoke and did not remember anything about them. She was beyond frightened at seeing herself suddenly in a foreign world. She demanded to go back to her modern world. Everyone tried to reassure her. They also found that Julia did not eat any of the food they offered, instead going out to buy her own food. She said she could not trust strangers, which hurt Qi, Danton, Yvette, Xana and Nadia the most. Julia also found their term of "Your Highness" interesting and funny and thought it was a joke.


After half a year, Julia finally gradually mingled with the rest although still with quite a huge distrust of them. Qi and Danton had also confessed their interest in her. Julia told them to look for someone better as she would never be able to love them. This was not due to them being strangers but due to Julia not being able to love anyone, fearing she would be betrayed and be hurt in future. Danton and Qi refused, saying they would wait for her. Julia felt guilty and tried to convince them, especially Danton. Danton needed his wife in order to rule the country and gave another heir for the throne.


Suddenly one day, Julia was in the library when she saw a book. She opened it and saw that it was her diary. This diary recorded of her life from when she met Xana, Nadia and Qi, the fun they had in school, the fact that they were "guards" and her being a sacrifice. It also said about her recalling she was Rina and then how she left the castle and met Danton. Then, it went on about the life in Kingdom Versailes and the fulfilment she felt. Written inside was also about how Qi and Danton confessed and how torn she was. The last entry wrote who she chose in the end and the reason why.


Julia saw this and seemed to be enlightened. She ran out, leaving her diary on a table. A wind blew from the window and flipped the pages of the diary. The page stopped at the first diary entry which had the topic:

"The Beginning."



(There was no mention of who Julia chose. You can't see the name in the entry whereby it wrote whom Julia chose.)

Ending: You can choose whom you wanted Julia to choose. But this is my own version. It comes after the ending song is sung.


Julia ran into a room and breathed deeply. She smiled at the person in the room, his back facing the scene. "We can begin now..." Julia said. Then, she added, "Qi."
